Since the 1920s Gamma Phi Beta has been dedicated to Building Strong Girls through supporting organizations like Girls on the Run and Campfire USA.
Girls on the Run is an organization that is committed to providing pre-adolescent girls with the necessary tools to embrace their individual strengths as they enter middle and high school.
Campfire USA is a participant-centered organization that helps our youth find their strengths through Environmental and Camp Programs, Out-of-School-Time Programs, and Teen Service and Leadership Programs.
All proceeds, including registration fees, go directly to supporting the Girls on The Run-Roanoke Chapter and Campfire USA. In previous years, our donations have made sponsored children to go to camp that otherwise would not have been able to attend.
The Gamma Phi Beta Chapter at Virginia Tech hopes to raise $10,000 to continue the work of these influential organizations.
